Product Introduction:
This product employs Tunable Diode Laser Absorption Spectroscopy (TDLAS) technology, primarily used for monitoring and analyzing NH₃ escape during the ammonia-based denitrification process. It features an in-situ extraction measurement approach combined with high-temperature multi-reflection cell technology, allowing for flexible field installation. The non-contact optical design minimizes corrosion risks. The system comprises an analyzer (including the light source and its driver), a high-temperature probe, a multi-reflection cell (optomechanical unit), and a control unit. The analyzer is installed in the monitoring room and connected to field equipment via optical fibers and coaxial cables.
Product Features:
- No Calibration Needed: The analyzer comes with a built-in reference module that continuously locks the central wavelength, ensuring the system remains drift-free.
- Extended Optical Path: The multi-reflection cell offers an effective optical path exceeding 34m, with a heating temperature of 220℃. Its unique anti-adsorption treatment allows for a sensitivity of up to 0.1 ppm.
- In-Situ Extraction Method: With a sampling pipeline not exceeding 2m, sample gas enters the multi-reflection cell directly, minimizing sampling loss.
- Compact and Easy Installation: The sampling probe, high-temperature multi-reflection cell, and control cabinet can be installed separately outdoors, making installation compact and convenient.
- High Reliability: The system features no moving parts, ensuring high reliability and minimal maintenance.
