System Overview: The LGH-105 series dust monitoring system consists of the LGH-105A β-ray monitoring system and the LGH-105B light scattering monitoring system. It enables real-time monitoring of dust concentration, noise, and meteorological parameters through the installation of monitoring devices. Additionally, it can capture high-definition images and security surveillance videos on-site. Utilizing IoT and cloud computing technology, the monitoring center software platform facilitates data statistical analysis, remote control, video image monitoring, alarm handling, and remote evidence collection, allowing simultaneous supervision of multiple construction sites to meet the long-term management needs of environmental regulatory departments for real-time and meticulous oversight. System Features: The instrument employs a high-speed ARM processor, based on an embedded operating system, ensuring stable performance, high measurement accuracy, and an easy-to-use touchscreen human-machine interface with rich content supporting multitasking. High measurement accuracy allows for flexible selection of PM₁₀, PM₂.₅, PM₁, and TSP cut-off devices, enabling real-time monitoring of particulate concentrations across different sizes. Real-time flow closed-loop control based on environmental changes guarantees cutting efficiency. The β-ray dust online monitoring system integrates a dynamic heating system (DHS) to eliminate humidity factors affecting measurement results. Massive measurement data storage (capable of retaining at least 10 years of data). It features hourly and daily report query functions, as well as USB data export capabilities. The atmospheric particulate monitor has a compact structural design, automatic calibration function, anomaly alarm function, and a unique paper feed mechanism to ensure high sensitivity and reliability of the instrument.
