Product Introduction: This product is designed for the online monitoring of flue gas concentration from fixed pollution sources, primarily applicable in industries such as power generation, petrochemicals, cement, and steel. It measures the concentration of pollutants in flue gas through direct sampling, along with parameters such as particulate matter content, flue gas temperature, pressure, flow rate, and oxygen content. The data is then sent to a data collection and processing subsystem to calculate pollutant emission rates and quantities. It can display and print various parameters and graphs, and transmit data to the enterprise's pollution monitoring center (central station) and environmental authorities via wired or wireless connections.
Technical Principle:
The system is based on Differential Optical Absorption Spectroscopy (DOAS) technology, using UV light in the 200nm to 320nm wavelength range, where water vapor and other gases show minimal absorption. When the incident light is absorbed by pollutants, it is dispersed by a grating, and a highly sensitive photodiode array detector measures the absorption spectrum. A computer then applies Beer’s law and inversion algorithms to identify the types and concentrations of pollutants. The key advantage of differential absorption spectroscopy is its ability to measure absolute concentrations without interference from the chemical behavior of the substances, enabling the simultaneous determination of multiple gases by analyzing their overlapping absorption spectra in the same wavelength range.
